Agenda
Set up Crew
- Locate coffee boxes/carts and set up machines to begin heating
- Use yellow & black cart to fill water containers from a safe water facet and place the in their designated place
- Fill Tea Urn and plug in to begin heating to 190 degrees in connection center (CC) table by entrance
- Fill water station and place on back table in CC
- Set up Coffee brewing station in the kitchen (scale, baskets, filters, etc.)
- Brew 1 batch of coffee and deliver to Volunteer Central by 8:30am
- Brew 4 additional batches of coffee and deliver to tables in connection center by 9am
- Make sure cups, lids, sleeves, creamer, sugar, tea bags are in their proper place (see pictures below)
Second Crew
- Clean and replenish Coffee Tables in Connection Center (CC) (i.e., sleeves, lids, cups, sugars, tea bags)
- Check coffee levels at both tables in CC
- Retrieve Coffee urn from Volunteer Central
- Brew 1-3 additional batches of coffee (based on consumption levels)
- Deliver to tables in CC by 10:45am
- Pack up Coffee Brewing Station
- Pack up Coffee Boxes/Carts
- Return Coffee Boxes/Carts to Art Storage Closet
